How to Write a ‘Brand Strategy’

Perhaps your business has a business strategy already, but does that strategy reflect your brand? You will only be truly sure about this if you have a written ‘Brand Strategy’ in place. If you haven’t, don’t worry, you soon will have! This workshop is for you if you already understand that you can use the power of brand to grow your business to the next level. Businesses taking part in the workshop can be at any stage of development, from just an idea, to well-established and long-standing.
The aim of the workshop is for attendees to leave the room:
- understanding what’s actually in a brand strategy
- armed with the tools to create a strategy
During the workshop we will learn about a framework that can support you to work together with others in your business to write a brand strategy.
Any business owner that wants the outcome of the workshop to be their draft strategy in writing should send along a group of key stakeholders/decision makers (3 or 4) to work together. Otherwise, the business representative should be someone who is responsible for brand.
