What are the benefits of operating in Moray?

Given Moray's central location, it's road networks allows us to undertake work within an easy commute distance. The varying nature of businesses is also key to our success in the area. Being able to offer licensed personnel to the construction, manufacturing, hospitality and retail sectors, helps take away the worry and burden of security from companies so they can concentrate on running their organisation or event.

How do you connect to your local customers?

We take pride in working with our clients and not for them, and using social media, web content, email marketing and a good CRM system helps keep the lines of communication open with them and the general public. We don’t have the monopoly on good ideas and often employ others to help drive our commitment in moving forward. Guidance from the likes of Business Gateway and the Chamber ofCommerce is fundamental...

Why are you part of Moray Chamber of Commerce?

Although the digital age has changed the way we operate, local businesses still rely on it is locals and the Chamber of Commerce helps us to keep in touch with them. They also keep us up to speed with relevant changes. But the biggest edge the Chamber membership offers our business is instilling consumer confidence.

What are you most proud of?

Establishing our business in 2006, ‘our’ being the operative word as without our dedicated staff we would not be where we are today. We take pride knowing all of our employees are carefully chosen, trained in the protection of the public and in additional security and safety practices.

Finally, name one misconception that people have about your business.

Security are there simply to prevent me having fun”. This could not be further from the truth. Our DoorSupervisors are licensed through the Security Industry Authority and trained to deal with multiple situations that may arise. Their role is paramount in ensuring the safety of all visitors, clients and assets within the premise and our staff are trained in additional disciplines, including First Aid, Fire Marshalling, Counter Terrorism, PVG and World Host customer service. Building Relationships, Changing Perceptions… is what we are about.
