Main Courses

• Roast chicken breast served with grilled haggis, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetable with a whisky cream sauce
• Roast beef sirloin with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and pan gravy
• Lime, ginger and chilli glazed salmon fillet with sauteed greens, potato fondant and caper and lemon velouté
• Roast vegetable and haloumi tagine with spiced pimento and apricot couscous with cumin yoghurt (V)

Dessert

• Trio of desserts – Burnt orange crème brulee, winter berry pavlova and caramel apple cheesecake
