MGF 3 | Small Habits – Big Results: An Evening Exploring Atomic Habits

6PM – 8PM • Beinn Books, Cullen, AB56 4SH

Join us for a cosy and engaging evening on at BEINN Coffee & Books in Cullen as we explore the ideas behind the bestselling book Atomic Habits by James Clear.

Hosted in an intimate, small-group setting, this relaxed book club-style event will explore how small, consistent habits can lead to meaningful improvements in work, wellbeing, and everyday life. In Atomic Habits, Clear explains how tiny behavioural changes compound over time, shaping our success, motivation and overall happiness. Rather than relying on willpower alone, the book highlights how designing your environment and building supportive systems can make positive habits easier to maintain.

The evening will be guided by Jillian Watt of Jillian Watt Coaching, a self-leadership and personal development coach who supports individuals in building clarity, confidence and sustainable habits that align with their goals. Through relaxed discussion and reflection, Jillian will share practical insights from the book and facilitate conversation around how these ideas can be applied in both personal and professional life.

Whether you’ve already read Atomic Habits or are simply curious about how habits shape success, this event offers a great opportunity to learn practical tips, share perspectives and leave with ideas you can start using straight away. There will also be time for open discussion and Q&A.

Your ticket includes a copy of Atomic Habits, a barista-made hot drink, and a sweet treat. With limited spaces available, this promises to be a thoughtful and inspiring evening.

This event is an independent discussion of the book Atomic Habits and is not affiliated with or endorsed by James Clear.
