Moray Chamber of Commerce with Johnston Carmichael present "Preparation for Growth"

Moray is entering an exciting period of economic opportunity.
With major developments across the region creating new possibilities for local businesses, the questions is not simply where will the opportunities be, but is your business ready to take advantage of them?

Moray Chamber of Commerce presents "Preparation for Growth" with Johnston Carmichael Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers: a practical Lunch and Learn designed for business owners and leadership teams looking forward to the next stage of their organisation's development.

Growth can bring new customers, contracts, markets and opportunities – but it can also place new demands on your people, finances, leadership and operations.

This session will explore the key considerations businesses should be thinking about before those pressures arrive, helping you understand what it takes to build a resilient organisation capable of scaling successfully, such as:

• People, leadership and workplace culture
• Financial readiness and resilience
• Business strategy and planning
• Operational capacity
• Managing the risks that accompany growth
• Preparing your business to capitalise on emerging opportunities in Moray and beyond

Lunch is included thanks to our generous sponsors, Johnston Carmichael.
