Please name the main purpose of your business.
Brightwork Staffline is a full service recruitment agency which operates across a network of locations in Scotland, we provide a quality focussed approach to sourcing and selecting the best candidates in ways that augment and protect our clients’ brand reputations. Providing Temporary, Contract and Permanent recruitment solutions we partner to become an extended part of your team.

Brightwork also provides onsite solutions across Scotland, Brightwork has a permanent presence within many of our clients’ sites, providing a dynamic and flexible resourcing service, on location, right at the heart of their businesses. We partner with our high-volume clients across food & drink manufacturing and distribution, to work together in meeting fluctuating customer demand to consistently provide a reliable and trustworthy talent pool throughout the year.

What are the benefits to operating in Moray?
Moray is a hugely diverse area with some of the best food and drink in the world. There is so much promise, creativity and talent in the area which make it a great place for a recruitment agency.

How do you connect to your local customers?
My passion is meeting clients face to face or on teams, I love taking part and engaging in networking events and finding out about people and business. Encouraging and engaging with Morays young people at college/jobs fairs and presentations is so worthwhile

Why are you part of Moray Chamber of Commerce?
Being part of the Chamber opens up channels and avenues of networking which wouldn’t normally be possible. The Chamber is the centre of the business community and represents the area and gives us a voice raising and supporting important matters.

What are you most proud of?
I am proud to still be in and industry which I still love after nearly 22 years surviving recessions and covid and constantly learning and upskilling myself with the latest trends keeps every month fresh – just like a new job!

Finally, name one misconception that people have about your business.
This is an easy one, the recruitment industry generally doesn’t have a good name due to the fees and mis representation which can occur. When dealing with Brightwork you will have no issues/concerns and would be dealing with real people like me who work and play in the same place as you-Moray! We are experts in finding talent, building relationships and earning trust, this is hugely important to me and I ensure this happens with every client I engage with.
