Uniek Training is a training and coaching company specialising in leadership, coaching, personal, and team development. Our purpose is to help individuals and organisations unlock their full potential through personal and professional development. We specialise in creating meaningful growth opportunities that build stronger teams, more effective leaders, and healthier workplace cultures.

What are the benefits to operating in Moray?
Having spent my career working in Central Scotland and working with large corporate companies in London, I chose Moray as my next area of focus as it offers an opportunity to collaborate and connect with businesses in a new area. I feel connected to Moray as I visit often with friends who live in Moray. 

How do you connect to your local customers?
I connect with local businesses through a blend of in-person workshops, coaching sessions, and the use of tools like Insights Discovery, MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), and TKI (Thomas Killman) which allows me to personalise development making the sessions relevant and impactful. I always have a discovery session to see what fits best with a clients needs to ensure any delivery meets with business goals and aspirations. 

Why are you part of Moray Chamber of Commerce?
I value being part of Moray Chamber of Commerce because it provides opportunities to collaborate, learn, and grow alongside other businesses. The Chamber fosters connections that enable me to share best practices, highlight the benefits of professional development, and support Moray’s wider economic success.

What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the positive, lasting change I see in the people and organisations I work with. Whether it’s a team gaining new awareness through an Insights Discovery session, leaders building confidence with MBTI, or conflict being constructively resolved through TKI, it’s inspiring to see individuals transform their behaviours and achieve more than they thought possible. The lightbulb moments are great to see. Our coaching programmes in particular give clients the clarity and resilience to grow both professionally and personally.

Finally, name one misconception that people have about your business.
A common misconception is that training is a “one-off event” or a tick-box exercise. Our programmes are about creating ongoing growth and sustainable improvement which we help people apply what they learn long after the session ends, embedding real change that drives long-term success.
