Last night's final edition of "An Audience With..." was nothing short of inspiring as we had the privilege of hosting Ron Taylor, the Managing Director of Parklands Care Homes at Johnstons of Elgin.

Ron's journey in Moray and the Highlands care sector spans an impressive three decades, marked by innovation, compassion, and community impact. His journey, rooted in personal experience as a primary carer for his grandfather, ignited his passion to redefine care.

Through Ron's Q&A session, we gained valuable perspectives on leadership, innovation and the future of care provision. His dedication to elevating care standards and investing in rural communities serves as an inspiration. Ron's 4-year-old granddaughter had submitted a question to ask her grandfather, this is a reminder of the intergenerational impact of Parkland's work and the importance of nurturing compassionate values from a young age as "4 year olds AND 75 year olds have NO filter"
