A note from our CE:
Firstly, I hope that you are all staying safe and well in these unprecedented times. Moray Chamber is here for you throughout this pandemic and you are our top priority.
We are all experience difficult trading times, with many of us receiving no income whatsoever and many of us wondering what the future holds for our business. For us, as many of you will know, a large part of our income comes from our Annual Dinner fundraiser which we hold in the Autumn.
To make this event the success it has been over the last 16 years we rely so heavily on business confidence and the support from our members to make it happen. This year, unfortunately, we just cannot ask for this. This linked with the unknown restrictions on social distancing and the unknown economic state by October, has led us to the sad decision of having to cancel our Annual Dinner for 2020.
As with any business decision, we have not taken this lightly and I write this with a heavy heart. As I have said, you are our priority and we want to support you every way that we can. We will continue to support you throughout this, and I look forward to seeing you all with a dram at the other side of this. I truly believe now more than ever, together we grow.
