HIE, in partnership with Scottish Government, Bòrd na Gàidhlig, VisitScotland and Skills Development Scotland, is carrying out a Scotland-wide survey to gather real-time evidence of Gaelic’s social and economic contribution. The research, being undertaken by GC Insight together with Reference Economics and Lasair Ltd, will help build a clearer national picture of how Gaelic creates value - and where future support could help businesses and organisations do more.
We want to hear from anyone using Gaelic in the workplace – big or small. Gaelic-focused organisations and light touch users. Whether it’s signage, branding, events, products, tourism, education, community work or social media - we want to hear from everyone.
The stronger the response, the stronger the evidence base for future understanding, investment and support.
