Calling all food businesses

As a trainee Environmental Health Officer, currently completing my Masters in Environmental Health through Derby University, I am carrying out some research for my dissertation study into Front of Pack Nutritional Labelling. My aim is to establish how useful this information is to the final consumer.

As a reputable food manufacturer who manufacturer’s products in Scotland, I am interested in understanding your views of front of pack labelling via a survey which has been developed. Please could you direct this request to the most suitable department within your organisation, or alternatively provide me with an email address where I can contact them directly.

I appreciate your time during this current pandemic will be limited but it should only take 10-15 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be invaluable to my study, will be collected anonymously and responses will be destroyed once my dissertation is marked.
