Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Moray provides free support to businesses to help them engage with and offer opportunities for young people age 3-24 year olds, to better prepare them for the world of work. Working with all businesses, from self-employed to large organisations across the private, public and third sector. You do not need to recruit young people to get involved with DYW Moray.
DYW Moray can help local businesses with the following:
- Provide advice when recruiting a young person
- Provide advice on upskilling young people in your business
- Identify future talent
- Advertise jobs suitable for young people on our social media platforms, website and send directly to schools/colleges
- Connect you to a local school or college to educate young people about your industry/organisation
- Give back to your local community
- Develop and energise current staff
- Raise your company and industry profile
