Cultural Venue Operations Diploma Webinar Event

DYW AND REWARDS TRAINING SCOTLAND LAUNCH WEBINAR ON CULTURAL VENUE OPERATIONS DIPLOMA
Employers in Scotland’s cultural, heritage, and tourism sectors are invited to join a free virtual webinar on Wednesday 28th January 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm, hosted by Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) in partnership with Rewards Training Scotland.
The session will introduce the SCQF Level 6 Cultural Venue Operations Diploma, a qualification designed to help organisations enhance visitor experiences, improve operational excellence, and create clear progression pathways for staff. Employers attending will gain practical insights into how the diploma can support talent development, staff retention, and organisational growth within their venues.
