DYW ARE REACHING OUT TO ALL MORAY EMPLOYERS TO GATHER INSIGHTS ON HOW THE APPRENTICESHIP LANDSCAPE MAY DEVELOP IN OUR REGION OVER THE NEXT FIVE YEARS. 

We want to hear from employers whether or not you currently recruit apprentices or upskill existing employees through apprenticeship programmes, including those who don’t, so we can better understand the reasons behind this and identify potential opportunities for workforce development.

The information you provide us will help us better understand current needs, identify gaps in provision, and shape the resources and support available to Moray employers.  Our goal is to develop tailored solutions to:

• Address gaps in apprenticeship provision
• Enhance current apprenticeship programmes
• Raise awareness on what is existing to help your business needs in terms of staff development and succession planning
• Support on going recruitment efforts
• Raise concerns at local and national level 

The more input we receive, the better equipped we will be to support your business and the wider Moray economy.
