We Support Scotland’s Young Workforce Through DYW Pledge

THE MORAY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS PROUD TO COMMIT TO THE DEVELOPING THE YOUNG WORKFORCE (DYW) PLEDGE, A NATIONAL INITIATIVE ENCOURAGING EMPLOYERS TO SUPPORT SCOTLAND’S YOUNG PEOPLE TO SUCCEED IN THE WORLD OF WORK.
As a DYW Pledge Partner, Moray Chamber is actively working to provide meaningful opportunities for young people across the Moray region. This includes working with businesses to promote work experience placements, mentorship programmes, and engagement with local schools and colleges. We are also support the creation of apprenticeships and training schemes for those facing barriers to employment.
Through collaboration with our local DYW Regional Group and community partners, we aim to connect young people with the skills and experience needed to thrive in a wide range of industries. The Chamber is committed to fostering local talent, supporting business growth, and investing in the future workforce of Moray.
