Together with Moray Council and UHI Moray, developer Robertson Property Limited welcomed the new Registered Social Landlord partner, Cairn Housing Association, to site at Elgin’s South Street regeneration project.
Construction commenced last month on the Moray Growth Deal funded development to deliver a Business Enterprise Hub, 38 affordable one and two-bedroom flats, high-quality courtyard and three retail/commercial units.
Standing in what will become the future public realm courtyard, it was a special moment for partners to reflect on the progress made so far and the strong momentum behind this truly transformative mixed-use development.
