Moray Tree Surgeons Top Local Trusted Trader Rankings for Second Year

Local Keith tree surgery business Epic Tree Care has come top of the Moray Trusted Trader rankings second year running in 2025, receiving the highest amount of positive feedback across all participating trade businesses in the Moray area.
The Trusted Trader scheme is a Moray trading standards vetted scheme aimed at helping protect citizens from doorstep crime, increasing consumer confidence and promoting good practice within local business. The scheme is supported by Police Scotland, Moray council and consumeradvice.scot (a part of Advice Direct Scotland).
Responding to the announcement, Epic Tree Care director Elaine Rush said “It is fantastic to hear that our customers appreciated our efforts so much, we are very grateful so many took the time to support us by feeding back on their experiences with us.
We work very hard on the customer experience, and our staff are a huge part of that. We have been lucky enough to consistently find wonderful people to be part of our team and want to make sure we are doing our part and taking good care of them. So, a few years ago we made the decision to formalise our work methods and become a living wage accredited employer.
Basic security and consideration make a huge difference to our staff’s life experience, and by extension our customers experience with our staff. As with all small businesses, we've had a tough few years with rising costs, and we know our customers are facing these pressures too, but people should always come first.
2025 was an extremely busy and challenging year for us with some fantastic growth, interesting work and a lot of lovely customers, I am very much looking forwards to seeing what 2026 brings.”
Epic Tree Care was established in 2015 and has now been serving the local community for 10+ years.
The Keith based tree surgery business employs 11 people and provides a comprehensive range of tree surgery, hedge trimming, and arboricultural surveys throughout Moray, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen city.
