Please see below a message from Jane at Elgin Town Hall for the Community:
"At Elgin Town Hall for the Community, we believe that everyone should be able to access and enjoy community facilities with dignity, independence and inclusion.
"A Changing Places Toilet (CPT) is a larger accessible toilet that includes specialist equipment, such as a height-adjustable changing bench and ceiling hoist, for disabled people and others who require assistance from a carer.
"Elgin Town Hall would like to apply for the CPT Fund and is exploring the potential need for a Changing Places Toilet and would like to understand how such a facility could benefit local residents, visitors, carers and the wider Moray community.
"We would appreciate if you could please share this with your contacts in order for us to get the views of residents across Moray.
