Maintenance contract opportunities for Moray businesses

Moray Council is inviting local contractors to tender for a wide range of building maintenance work to support the council’s inhouse Building Services team over the next four years.
The new Building Services Contractors Framework will cover more than 6,400 council homes across Moray and includes 29 separate repair and maintenance lots.
Opportunities span major trades, such as builders, joiners, plumbers, electricians, painters and roofers, as well as key specialist services including asbestos removal, damp and mould treatment, pest control and scaffolding.
The Framework will support both planned and reactive works and is expected to be used for all projects instructed directly by Building Services (DLO).
Moray Council is encouraging experienced and qualified contractors from across the region to apply.
Contractors interested in tendering must register with:
- Public Contracts Scotland (PCS)
- Public Contract Scotland Tender (PCST)
These platforms will provide access to all tender documents once published. A dedicated question and answer facility will also be available within the PCST system for any tender related queries.
