Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and cooking, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Chef, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Duties:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene in the kitchen.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential, with a focus on cooking and meal preparation.
Culinary experience or relevant qualifications are desirable.
Good understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
