We're delighted to welcome Officers' Association Scotland

The Officers’ Association Scotland exists to provide lifelong support, resources, employment training, and financial welfare assistance to officers and their families, whether they are service leavers, veterans, or reservists, throughout their transition to civilian life and beyond. While our core charitable purpose is to support the officer community, we are proud to offer our employment training, networking opportunities, and employer engagement activity to all ranks.

By working closely with businesses across Scotland, we champion the message that recruiting from the armed forces community is good for business.  Through our support, guidance, and partnership with employers, we have seen first-hand the determination, adaptability, leadership, and integrity that veterans bring to the workplace. Time and again, we have proudly watched individuals go on to achieve remarkable success across public, private, the third sector and the wider community, making a lasting impact in Scotland and beyond

As a new member of the Moray Chamber of Commerce, we are keen to strengthen our connections with local employers, better understand regional workforce needs, and create meaningful pathways for veterans and service leavers into sustainable employment. We see this partnership as an opportunity to support the Moray business community through our network and engagement events while also helping employers access a highly skilled and adaptable talent pool from the armed forces community.
