For any businesses that think would be good to provide a case study, there is an outline of the detail below:

Productivity Club Scotland is keen to hear from businesses who are making changes that are having a positive impact on their organisation and who feel that others could learn from their experience.

The Clubs aim to identify small changes that can lead to significant impacts on business growth and productivity. It provides case studies which demonstrate actions that can be implemented directly into businesses and offers a forum to meet and discuss these topics with fellow members. The themes we focus on those which are common across businesses regardless of size, sector or location and include topics like leadership and management practices, recruitment, strategy development, process streamlining, automation, digitalisation, employee engagement and wellbeing amongst others.

We ask businesses to provide a short presentation, approximately 10-15 minutes in duration in the structure below:

Who they are – an overview of the business

What was the challenge/ starting point/ objective?

What did they do?

What was the outcome?

Any reflections? What can others learn? What would they recommend others do based on your experience?
