SEASONAL POP-UP BAR AT THE MACALLAN ESTATE IN SPEYSIDE

The Macallan has launched a seasonal beach-inspired pop-up bar on The Macallan Estate where guests can enjoy tropical whisky serves, sweet pairings and stunning views across the River Spey.
Open until 27th September, Coconut Dreams brings its latest release, The Macallan Harmony Collection, Inspired by Fresh Coconut to life through a menu of tropical cocktails, non-alcoholic serves and sweet creations inspired by the whisky.
Created in collaboration with TimeSpirit, the bar serves bespoke cocktail serves and sweet pairings by acclaimed pastry chef Jordi Roca, from El Celler de Can Roca. From bright, tropical and citrus-led profiles to richer, creamier and indulgent notes, the serves explore flavour, texture and balance, offering a fresh perspective on how The Macallan can be experienced.
Coconut Dreams is open Thursday - Saturday (1pm to 10pm), and on Sundays (1pm to 5pm), from 6th August to 27th September. Entry is free but advance booking is essential. Reservations available for up to four guests with approximately 1.5 hours recommended to enjoy the experience. The experience is exclusively for guests over the age of 18.
