Summer has arrived in Moray, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you over the coming weeks.

 

NEW SUMMER MENUS

Chef Elliott’s new summer menus are now available, with seasonal dishes that feel fresh, bright and full of flavour. Highlights include burrata with peach and walnuts, pan-fried gurnard with cucumber, buttermilk and samphire, seabass with picked crab and cantaloupe, and baked cheesecake with roasted peach and mango sorbet.

Our Lunch and Midweek Evening Prix Fixe menu is also available, offering a relaxed way to enjoy Orrin over the summer months.

 

MALT & COCKTAILS OF THE MONTH

BENRIACH PORT PIPE

A memorable Speyside single malt, distilled in 2009 and matured in individual port wine casks. Peated, rich and a lovely choice for anyone looking to try something a little different.

LILLET ROSÉ SPRITZ

A fresh summer serve with Lillet Rosé, sparkling rosé prosecco, strawberries, mint and soda. Light, bright and made for warm afternoons.

LA SOMBRA

Our take on an Old Fashioned, made with mezcal, bitters and a touch of sweetness. Smoky, spiced and full of character.

 

TAPAS THURSDAYS RETURN IN JULY

Every Thursday evening in July, we’ll be serving a menu of small plates made for sharing, with Scottish ingredients, Mediterranean influences and plenty to enjoy alongside sangria, wine or margaritas. Menus and more details will be shared soon, so keep an eye on our social channels.
