World Cancer Day 2026

Today, is World Cancer Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness of a disease that will affect one in two people in the UK during their lifetime – a statistic that touches every family, workplace and community.

This World Cancer Day, Clan has been actively raising awareness across our communities. Across the north-east, Moray, Orkney and Shetland, our teams have visited local businesses, hosted awareness-raising stands and shared information about the support services available at Clan, ensuring people know help is there when they need it most.
