Marketing & Digital Support Coordinator

Moray Chamber of Commerce is the leading voice for business in Moray, supporting the local economy and helping businesses to flourish. We provide support services, policy advocacy and networking opportunities to our members, working to create a thriving business community. We are now looking for a creative, organised and digitally confident Marketing & Digital Support Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a new role, available on either a full-time or part-time basis, created to help us strengthen our communications, raise our profile, support our members and market the Chamber more proactively across Moray and beyond.

We are looking for someone who can help us move from reactive communications to more planned, consistent and outward-facing marketing. The role will support newsletters, social media, Mailchimp campaigns, Canva design, website updates, event promotion, member communications, press activity, Google Analytics and the use of digital and AI tools to improve how we work.

We are open to appointing either a full-time or part-time candidate. The working arrangement will be agreed based on the skills, experience and talent of the successful applicant.

Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro rata based on a 35hr week)
Hours: Full time: 35 hours per week / Part time: 25 hours per week
Location: Elgin
Benefits: Westfield Health Cash Plan Level 2 & Flexible Working, 30 days annual leave (pro rata)
