With experience in ambient stable, bakery, primary meat and fish processing in high care / high risk manufacturing environments, I currently supply technical support for a number of food businesses as well as being contracted to carry out audits on behalf of UK Retailers. Offering practical support and guidance to sites in the form of carrying out systems reviews against GFSI or retailer standards and mentoring teams to reach their full potential.

The Friends of Craigellachie Bridge were formed in 2014 with charitable status coming through in 2016.The objectives of the Friends of Craigellachie Bridge are to advance the appreciation of Craigellachie Bridge by the preservation, conservation, development and promotion of the bridge.
We undertake this by:
*Regular cleanups and maintenance around the Telford Bridge.
*Holding public events to display historic and current information about the bridge.
*Campaigning to relevant parties to raise the profile of Telford Bridge, with the end aim of restoring the bridge for generations to come.
